how do you add music to pencil animations or do i havr to export it to somrthing else

Basiclly im doing a simple animation based on the governments decesion to stop all religion in a hope to stop a war etc but i cant decide whos view to plan the story on the religious side or maybe a soldier for the government ive got the main story set out, so any help from anyone would be appreciated
